Important Information
A 50% deposit is required to begin UI Essentials and Product Experience projects.
The remaining balance is payable before final source-file handoff.
Complete Product Design requires a proposal before payment.
The Complete Product Design price starts from AED 6,500 and is confirmed after reviewing the requirements.
Delivery begins after receiving the deposit, project brief, content and required access.
A unique screen is one distinct page or application view.
Desktop, tablet and mobile adaptations of the same screen are not counted as separate unique screens when responsive designs are included.
Minor states such as menus, popups and simple confirmation messages are not normally counted as complete screens.
Complex dashboards, forms, data states and user roles may require additional screens.
Website or application development is not included in UI/UX design packages.
Final copywriting, translation, branding and logo design are not included unless specifically stated.
Paid fonts, stock assets and third-party resources are quoted separately when required.
User-research recruitment, participant incentives and external testing platforms are not included.
Revisions must remain within the approved project scope and design direction.
New screens, flows or requirements introduced after approval may require an additional quotation.
Timelines depend on timely content submission, access and consolidated client feedback.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between UI and UX?
UX focuses on how the product is organized and how users complete tasks. UI focuses on its visual appearance, components, typography, colors and interface states.
Is development included?
No. These packages cover design and developer handoff. Website or application development can be quoted separately.
What is a unique screen?
A unique screen is a distinct page or application view, such as a homepage, product page, dashboard or checkout screen.
Will I receive the Figma source file?
Yes. The organized Figma source file is provided after the project balance has been completed.
Are desktop and mobile designs included?
UI Essentials covers either desktop or mobile. Product Experience and Complete Product Design include responsive desktop and mobile designs for the approved screens.
Is an interactive prototype included?
A basic presentation is included with UI Essentials. Product Experience and Complete Product Design include interactive prototypes.
Can you improve an existing website or application?
Yes. We can review the current experience and redesign selected screens or the complete product.
Do you conduct user research?
Research planning is included in Complete Product Design. Participant recruitment, incentives and specialist testing tools may require an additional quotation.
Are accessibility standards considered?
Complete Product Design includes an accessibility review based on relevant WCAG principles. Formal certification is not included.
How many revisions are included?
UI Essentials includes two rounds, Product Experience includes three, and Complete Product Design includes four revision rounds.
Can you design additional screens later?
Yes. Additional screens and product phases can be quoted separately.
