Lead Smart Web Solutions L.L.C S.P.C provides website development, e-commerce development, landing-page design, UI/UX design, SEO, website migration, hosting support, website care and maintenance, AI chatbot integration, and related digital services that fall within its licensed business activities.

Not every service is offered under a fixed public package — the scope of each engagement is defined individually with the client.

Quotations and Pricing

Fixed package prices displayed on leadbyweb.com are stated in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and apply to the inclusions and limits shown for that package. Prices described as “starting from” are minimum indicative prices and require confirmation of the final scope.

For custom work, the final project price is the amount stated in the accepted quotation, proposal, invoice or written agreement. Any applicable VAT or other tax will be displayed where legally required.

Payments, Cards & Currency

Online card payments on leadbyweb.com are securely processed through Telr. We accept Visa and Mastercard. The transaction currency accepted on this website is AED.

The displayed price and currency on the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt. The amount charged to the card will be shown in the cardholder’s card currency. Any currency conversion or issuing-bank charge is determined by the cardholder’s bank and is outside our control.

A payment is confirmed only after successful authorization and verification. A declined, cancelled or incomplete payment does not create a confirmed paid order.

After a successful payment is verified, a payment confirmation is sent to the email address supplied during checkout, normally immediately. Project onboarding instructions may be included in that email or sent separately. Cardholders must retain copies of transaction records, receipts, these Terms and all applicable merchant policies and rules.

Quotations, Proposals & Project Agreements

Services provided by Lead Smart Web Solutions may be governed by quotations, proposals, invoices, statements of work, order forms, service agreements, or other written project terms. Where a project-specific written agreement conflicts with these general website Terms, the project-specific agreement takes priority for that project.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and timely project requirements, text and content, images, logos and branding materials, product or service information, credentials and access, approvals, and feedback. You must have the legal right to use any materials you supply to us, and Lead Smart Web Solutions is not responsible for infringement arising from unauthorized client-provided materials.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity conducted through your account. You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Project Timelines

Work begins after the required payment or deposit has cleared, the scope has been confirmed, and the client has provided all required content, access and approvals. Services are delivered digitally through website publication, account access, file transfer, email or another agreed method.

Delivery estimates depend on timely client input. Missing content, approvals or access, scope changes, and third-party provider issues may extend the timeline. Estimated dates are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. See our Service Delivery and Payment Confirmation Policy.

Client Delays & Project Inactivity

Project timelines depend on timely client content, feedback, approvals, credentials and access. If a client becomes unresponsive or fails to provide required materials for an extended period, Lead Smart Web Solutions may pause the project, reschedule delivery, revise the timeline, or close and later reactivate the project, subject to availability and any additional fees stated in the applicable project agreement.

Revisions & Scope Changes

The revisions included in a project are determined by the applicable quotation or agreement. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees, and major new features may require a revised quotation. Unlimited revisions should not be assumed unless explicitly stated in writing.

Deposits & Invoices

Deposits or advance payments may be required for a project to begin, and milestone payments may apply for larger engagements. Final payment terms are defined in the selected package, quotation or invoice. Work may be delayed or suspended for overdue payments. Domain and hosting included with a package remain subject to that package’s stated limits and term; other third-party costs require approval and may be charged separately.

Compliance & Sanctions

Lead Smart Web Solutions L.L.C S.P.C will not trade with or provide services to OFAC-sanctioned countries, territories, individuals or entities. We may refuse, suspend or cancel an order where completing it would violate applicable UAE law, sanctions, export-control requirements, payment-network rules or another binding legal restriction.

Age Requirements

Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as users of leadbyweb.com or transact on this website.

Force Majeure

Lead Smart Web Solutions is not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including major hosting outages, internet or telecom failures, government actions, natural disasters, cyber incidents affecting third-party providers, platform outages, payment-provider failures, war, civil disturbance, or similar events.

Portfolio & Promotional Use

Lead Smart Web Solutions may display completed, public-facing work in its portfolio, website, social media, case studies and marketing materials, unless confidentiality has been agreed in writing for that project. A separate NDA or confidentiality agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over this section.

Legal & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful activity, fraud, distributing malware, unauthorized access to systems, infringement of others' rights, disruption of our systems, or other abusive or malicious use. Misuse may result in restricted access or legal action.

No Warranties

Lead Smart Web Solutions provides its services with reasonable professional care. This does not mean specific commercial results are guaranteed: outcomes such as Google ranking, traffic, sales, leads, revenue, or advertising performance are not guaranteed unless a specific result is expressly guaranteed in writing for a particular project. Content, information and services on this website are otherwise provided without warranties of any kind, including warranties of expected results.

Suspension & Termination

Lead Smart Web Solutions may suspend work on a project where appropriate due to overdue payment, failure to provide required content or access, an illegal or infringing request, or a material breach of the applicable agreement. Client cancellation of a project remains subject to the terms of the relevant quotation, agreement, and the Refunds & Cancellations section above.

Privacy, Card Details & Cookies

Lead Smart does not collect or store full debit or credit card details. Card information is entered into Telr’s secure payment environment. Our collection and use of other personal information and our use of cookies are described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Changes apply once posted, subject to applicable law and any existing project agreements, which remain governed by the terms in effect when they were accepted.
