The customer has the right to request a full refund according to the following conditions:
A refund request must be submitted within 7 days from the date the website is launched.
The request must include a clear and detailed reason explaining dissatisfaction with the design or user experience.
Refund requests are not allowed in the following cases:
If the dissatisfaction is related to content outside the scope of the agreed-upon service.
If the customer approved the final design and then changed their mind later.
If issues arose due to modifications made by the customer or a third party after delivery.
The refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5-10 business days after approval of the request.
2️⃣ Terms and Conditions of Free Redesign
If the client is not satisfied with the website after its launch, they can request a free redesign under the following conditions:
The client is entitled to request a redesign of the user interface and improve the user experience up to three times without any additional cost.
Detailed feedback on the required modifications must be provided to ensure they are implemented efficiently.
The following cases are not covered under the redesign:
Modifications that require significant changes in functionality or programming beyond the scope of the original agreement.
Any new requests that were not agreed upon during the initial design phase.
Modifications requested after the refund period (7 days) has ended.
3️⃣ Warranty Exceptions
In some cases, the customer may not be eligible for a refund or free redesign, such as:

Lack of responsiveness or cooperation with the designer during the development process, leading to an unsatisfactory result.

External modifications made by the customer or a third party that caused issues with the site.
